Enjoy access across the street to a semi-private swimming pool & hot tub. Easy walk 1/2 block stroll to the Arroyo Grande Open Space which has a gentle path down to the Upper Harbor area with all the boats.

Enjoy (on the weekends only) a FREE water taxi boat ride.

The water taxi will let you off near the bridge to walk 2 blocks to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, or further

down the Lower Harbor & let you off 1/4 block to the large sandy Harbor Beach or the always fun Crows Nest Restaurant where you can dine either inside or on the patio, enjoy live entertainment and watch the beautiful

boats as they go in and out of the harbor.
